Any gift can be made to look super special, if you make the effort to present it properly -presentation turns an ordinary gift into a meaningful gift. With good wrapping an ordinary gift becomes a great gift. Wrapping adds to the mystery of a present, it hides and entices the recipient to look further, it creates excitement.
I once bought a small gift in a shop - at very little expense. They offered free gift wrapping which I accepted. I couldnt believe the difference it made. I felt great because this small package somehow now looked extraordinarily great, with very little effort. The person who received it also felt great, because not only had she received the gift itself, but in addition the wrapping looked amazing. What was a simple gift, became a WOW gift........a meaningful gift.
Next time you chuck a present in a bag, still with the price on and dont bother to wrap it up or get it wrapped for you....think for a moment about how much more special that gift could be if a little time was taken to present it with love and caring. It is so worth it and makes all the difference.
