Today at my Wu Tao class we talked of the heart. Each of us here on Earth has a heart that beats, and stores all our love, our compassion, our hurts and our bliss. John O'Donohue describes the heart as the place where the human spirit comes alive and that is how it was in Wu Tao today.
Wu Tao consists of 5 elemental dances, representing air (metal), water, wood, fire and earth. The dances balance the Chi, our vital energy in the body and work on the meridians that flow through our body, unblocking and releasing stuck energy. The fire dance is the heart dance, represented by the colour red and what a glorious dance it is. Rich and energetic, uplifting and vibrant. For me it represents the love I have for myself and my love and compassion for others.
Give a special and meaningful gift to yourself, and find something that opens your heart to the abundance of love and compassion that resides within each of us.
"There is a quiet light that shines in every heart"

Until next time
